WB SET Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- General and EWS candidates should generally have at least 55% marks in a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution.
- OBC non-creamy layer, SC, ST, PWD and transgender candidates generally receive relaxation to 50% marks.
- Final-year Master’s students or candidates awaiting results may apply provisionally, subject to completing the qualification within the period stated in the notification.
